15. Portfolios in digital format

I would like to apply for a scholarship, but most of my work is digital, web-based, or computer graphics. Will a URL or “e-portfolio” in digital format suffice in place of the slide portfolio?

No. We do not accept URL’s in place of portfolios. From the above question it is unclear whether you are a New Media or Graphic Design major. If you are applying in the category of New Media, you may submit your portfolio on a Zip disk, CD or DVD in Macintosh format ONLY. Files must be complete with all tiff/eps files and fonts.

If you are applying in the category of Graphic Design, you must up-load your portfolio on-line. You may show your digital, Web-based work, but as a student applying for a graphic design scholarship, we require that samples of flat art (posters, page layouts, logos, etc) be up-loaded on our site. You may send an animated/interactive digital portfolio IN ADDITION TO the up-loaded images, but NOT INSTEAD OF.
